I am thrilled and excited to be teaching and attending at the Hoop Convergence in Carrboro, North Carolina in April!

The Hoop Convergence is the first national hooping conference. It is unique from any other hoop conference for it is a dynamic community collaboration of hoopdancers, teachers, and performers from many different regions and cities, who are creating an inspiring array of workshops, forums, discussions, and jams. 

I will be presenting on the topics of "HoopYoga", "Hooping as a Healing Art", and "Hooping Mamas: Spiraling through Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum".

This Saturday, December 9th, I will be at the Eugene Waldorf School Winter Lights Faire performing two hoopdance shows as Mandala Hoops.

The Winter Lights Faire is open from 11 am to 4 pm, and I will be hooping on the stage at 1:45 pm and 3 pm.

You can also come visit me at my table for Maia Healing Arts throughout the day and learn about massage and doula services.
